Think twice; I’ve stated it very clearly.
The good things1. Good place to learn about 2 faces employees.
The challenges1. Massive turnovers affecting morale. 2. Management assume they are treating employees extremely well but resentments from employees are definitely on the high side. 3. Below par compensations vs workloads. 4. "Management against the rest" culture 5. Employees are fearful from speaking up and chooses to leave instead because speaking up does no impact. 6. No proper procedure in anything.

    Poor Leader
The good thingsOur previous leader was a maverick. He drove double digit growth y-o-y and we all benefited from his leadership.
The challengesThe current leader is driving everything we worked for into the ground.

Not the number 1 PR company.
The good thingsSome clients were good.
The challengesI did not enjoy the office politics. The favouritism in the team. How managers asked us to \"befriend people from other teams to ensure EVERYONE knows what we're working on\" because its better for career development. Managers were often bias towards certain people in the team, and gave them preferential treatment when it came to work load.
