    The good thingsDiverse geography, multi-culture environment exposure, good pay & benefits, good work-life balance, exposure into niche & specialty chemicals industries which are considerably new and not common in Malaysia, good treatment by Superiors & management, most staff have very good working background.
    The challengesRequire passion and patience to know & explore more about complicated specialty chemicals industry but if you have it then you are up for the game! Working with peers from different geography will require you to work outside normal working hours.

    The good thingsThe staffs are very welcoming and they do not hesitate on sharing information and also knowledge. Some of the non common problems if occur they will invite together to help the learning process which allows the development of our own knowledge.
