The challengesTruthfully I don't feeling welcomed by the company on the first day until last day working.. Not even received farewell on my last day.. Since i'm working from home, I don't know much other colleague except my team leader and boss... I can only reach my team leader if any issues arise.. I receive some comments from one of the colleague on the first week working day, saying I work like I don't have experience, which affects my confidence a little bit but I take that as a challenge. I think company may hire people by doing technical iv to ensure skills match with what the company expected to have. Good luck & all the best.
