The challengesEveryone has their own perceptions. As for me, i would rather say it's a challenge not difficulties. The challenges come when you have to repair the damage done by those who left the company. You have to bear that & to stabilize the company it's not happening in short period. Required specific period & plans, need to execute in correct ways & by stages. We are repairing the damage left by previous staff, as for me its challenging but it teach me on how to solve the issues to sustain the company's survivalities.
