    The good thingsThe colleagues are so friendly, they are very easy-going. Basically they love to help each others. And they like to work in fun environment, not too serious yet too play around. Everything are good there.
    The challengesAs a SL1M-mer, I need to keep my performance well so that I can get a promotion to become a permanent staff. However, this lead me to improve a lot in doing my work.

    The good things1. Training provided as well as our needed to practice in work place. 2. Annual salary increment and bonus depend on KPI. 3. Multitask good for career building. 4. Benefit for staffs.
    The challengesThe culture of management is always give a stressful environment. It's seems no proper planning and always give a task in last minute condition. There's no understanding between one party and others. This will give a repetitive task/work. There's also no appreciation to current staffs in example of salary adjustment where it should be fair for current salary and new market salary. Top management should not ignore existing staff who serve the company almost 4 years where the salary are below than freshy. It's not fair.
