    The good thingscolleagues are nice, they are probably the reason that can help you endure staying
    The challengesyou can stay as a contract staff for years, they will never convert you to permanent. no yearly increment. poor staff welfare especially for contract staff, they treat you like you're their stepchildren. there are barely any benefits

    The good thingsVery good environment with open space office. You have the freedom to choose the way you work that suits your lifestyle (as long as the work is done, of course).

    The challengesTo follow the rhythm of operation system and to take initiative on every issue faced. Its a 3 years old company which accomplished great achievement year by year. The KPI become more harder every year past and you have to know exactly which part you need to work on in order to achieve better results.
