    Professional ethics and great boss.
The good thingsThe boss's support is really an asset when working here. They can tolerate and guide you if you have a problem.
The challengesChallenges always come from projects. So if you get tough projects and a tough client, that will be very challenging for you and your team. If the project gets tough, don't blame the company. The company has nothing to do with this. Seek guidance and help from the boss if you have any difficulties.

    A haven for seniors only
The good thingsMany diverse projects. No KPI. Only real KPI is how the boss likes you ba. A good place for senior engineers or Ir because of the high salary. If you are not seasoned don't come la. HOD and lead can teach you a lot.
The challengesGetting petrol allowance cut. Preferential treatment. Highly diverse pay. Admin bureaucracy.

Lots to learn...ideal platform to gain unique experience
The good thingsThe learning curve is steep due to the large range of projects the engineers are exposed to. The working environment is fun and flexible and the people here are supportive and willing to guide you.
The challengesExpect typical corporate management style and benefits. Poor work-life balance but this is expected of engineers. But if you can overlook this, this is a great platform to gain invaluable experience.
