    The challengesMassive top management team exactly the same as Malaysia Cabinet. High level politics. Local laid-back mentality. Seriously lacking in business strategy.

    The challengesOnly management level will be appreciated with appropriate pay and promotion for executive is based on quota. hence good performance will not have effect on your career development. HQ top management overflooded with old mindset staff, keeping a good relationship with the top management definitely benefitial.

    The good thingsGenerous management pays well to hire more and more high ranking staffs to do low ranking jobs after staffs left. Countless Chiefs, VPs and AVPs, not to mention countless SMs and Ms.
    The challengesTypical conglomerate with political environment. Comprises many departments like cabinet of Malaysia. Some departments and roles with question mark on its existences but some departments is overloaded due to ambitious and eager head. So called incentive is paid to favorable team with very "holistic" justification, such as paid incentive to project based team due to doing "new projects". Wonder why dont give incentive to the store keeper that counting "new" stocks or to receptionist due to picking up "new" calls everyday or finance team due to increase of payment transactions?

    Not a right place for an expanding career
    The good thingsThe flexible work hours. Work life is balance if you come early you can go back home early. They have good benefits such as study sponsorship, the annual leave is just normal. Some of the people are good and I am proud to work with them The company does organize activity such as dinners, team buildings and also conferences.
    The challengesThe culture is difficult and poor as the management is disengaged with the working people. Poor salary and bonus enhancement. Poor career development as they keep freezing promotion and delay salary increment. Too much bureaucracy or red tape to get a work done. Too much writing reporting to shareholders rather than doing the actual job.
