    Great experience as a fresh graduate
    The good thingsColleagues are nice, I would say almost no politics in the working environment which I absolutely love it.
    The challengesDepends on who are you reporting to, but I find that my superior is nice. Sometimes it is hard when there is adhoc requirements which has extremely short deadline and you may need to put your daily work on hold for this.

    precious experiences.
    The good thingsThey have sharing their skill and experiences. I exposed to the new world job even just a small company but I am still can learning and understand what they try to deliver. not only that, the relationship surrounding make me comfort and can communicate with them nicely. from there, i how learn to increase my self esteem and be more confident.
    The challengesEver thing is good but i think need to create something new for the company. In others word, build a new technology and system which is more practical and economic. Not only advance technology but we continuing waste money and time. supposed to be the technology can be used as well and increase the production.

    Limited learning curve
    The good thingssupportive superiors (depending on departments), functional SOP, generally loose environment, relatively short channel of communication, generally ease of coordination across different departments and personnel.
    The challengeslimited learning curve (depending on job's nature), separation of departments and rigidity to certain extent, inevitable barrier in communication particularly in terms of language, less diverse company's demographics.

    The good thingsIt is warm to have friendly and helpful colleagues in the company, you would not find it hard to get the information you needed from relevant departments. On the other hand, they are improving the staff benefits from time to time as well. Physical working environment is not bad.
    The challengesStaff benefits are still not up to standard. Top management is not willing to share information. Leadership is a very essential element and it truly need to be improved among the top management. Software system is unstable. Workloads are uneven among the staffs.
