The company encourages employees to step out of their comfort zones, embrace challenges, and align personal growth with organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and success
The good thingsEIK truly stands out for its politics-free work environment, where fairness and respect are prioritized. The company creates a positive and supportive atmosphere, making it a great place for employees to collaborate and succeed as a team. What’s even more impressive is the emphasis on career growth and development. With clear career paths and plenty of opportunities to learn and advance, EIK genuinely invests in its employees’ futures. It’s inspiring to see a company that values teamwork, innovation, and personal growth so highly
The challengesOne of the key challenges is stepping out of your comfort zone to align with the company’s goals. It’s not always easy, but pushing yourself to adapt, grow, and take on new responsibilities is crucial for both personal and organizational success. EIK creates an environment that encourages this growth, ensuring that employees are supported while striving to meet the company’s objectives.

Good place to learn not for career progression
The good thingsColleagues are super helpful, in my department. My superior guide me even not thoroughly. If you want to learn from A to Z, you can start with this company.
The challengesNo flexible working hours. You will be supervised 24 hours and there is not work freedom, you must work on their way and limit your work knowledge. Too many adhoc task which is not manageable. You don't get to have freedom to work on your own.
