    Good working atmosphere.
    The good thingsSalary paid on time. Never Late All staffs are friendly and very helpful to technician. The Admin sometimes get along with the technician. Bosses are great and not really pressuring the workers.
    The challengesFor technician, you have to be on call for elevator break down 24 hour for the whole week and continue working at daytime. You should be working with your team when working on elevators but sometimes you have to work alone in a dangerous working environment.

    The good thingsYou will have to learn everything from A-Z. Expect something out of your job scope as this company is very flexible. However, it will be a good thing as you can mange your time efficiently and learn how to be discipline. In addition, working with minimum supervision will be another challenge that you will be faced over here.
    The challengesA lot of work load. You need to learn how to communicate well and manage things efficiently. In management level, you will need to learn on how to manage people as well as to see the big picture of the entire work flow and company growth. Technically strong in troubleshooting the elevator or escalator will be another advantage.

    The good things-all staff are caring person and always remainded for their staff for safety. -every thursday we have a meeting in HQ so we can open anything issue and have team work disscussion for settle the problem.
