    POOR MANAGEMENT & HAVE NO PROPER WORK SYSTEM
    The good thingsThey try to comply with client requirements but very minimum.
    The challengesSalary late, claim is even later. All client requirements were done minimum only because they don't want to spend extra money also. HR have no proper training and management, no further explanation on staff benefits or anything. Not a good company for a career development.
