    Iltizam Profesional Development Program (PDP) is a 1 year management training program under Ekuiti Nasional Berhad (Ekuinas)
    The good thingsa lot of benefits and training such as endurance training, english class training, mentoring session and many more. Really suggest for others especially fresh grade.

    I'm a fresh graduate who did'nt have any experience at all . Here, I get an opportunity to fill up all the experience in a work environment .
    The good thingsThey provide a lot of training to make you improve yourself such as English class, mentoring and couching session, presentation skill, endurance training and many more . Not only that, you will get a lot of new friends from many country . They treat you better than other company . You did'nt feel stress cause they are just like your family. There is a lot of person who can teach you to be a leader . Being together in this company you feel really happy and appreciate by all individuals .They also give you a lot of benefits if you join them . There are 4 points of benefit that they provide . If you want to know, what are the 4 benefits, you may join them and know it by yourself . come and experience it .
    The challengesNot much challenging . Its only, to be ready, then all your fear will gone . It will be as a new for you, if you are the fresh graduate . But, you will realize that you will be changed from Zero to Hero .
