    The challengesHR manager is too much control. There were time monitoring by HR. This is factory practice not shared service. No flexibility provided. No parking provided. Only provide the lease benefit such as annual leave 14days, maternity 2months and etc. Have to work on weekend (sometimes). No standardised in closing timeline.

    The good thingsThe people are friendly and work in a tight group. Manage to meet deadline without much issue.Knowledge can be gained from every aspect if you are willing to learn as the employees (lower to top management) are willing to teach.

    The good things• Maintain company-required performance and maintenance records for identified equidment • Outdoor service technician in kuala lumpur and selangor • Manage project site for Testing and Commissioning • and Perform futher checks using hand tools and prescribed testers • Repair home appliances product like washine mashine, hood, hob, induction cooker, oven, microwave,water heater.vaccum and wash disher • Respond to customer service complaints and attend to door-step service to customer. • Ensure that all customer service are attended to within 3 days of customer call-in. • Experience on installation and technical hands-on related to electrical appliances. • Work in line with Service Coordinator to maintain quality standards in service. • Daily report to Service Coordinator regarding service status. • Ensuring all customer services are attended to promptly and satisfaction maintained.
