    The Learning Curve
The good things- Good product and sales training. - A reputable, innovative and research based company. - Provide a good salary and lower incentive to enable sales staff to concentrate on their career and family. - Recognize staff contributions with awards and trips. - Inspire a winning mind set - A company that started with Colonel Eli Lilly who ran it like a family. - Proud to be part of this company
The challenges- Unwilling to negotiate on price when generics are available. - Local management played politics and damage staff morale. - Expatriate manager inexperience in local market and getting wrong advice. - Promotion sometimes not based on merit. - Good company but sometimes bad management. - Prefer lip service to good talent.
