The challengesI would like to give my two cents that I see room for improvement in future so that the company can continue growing. It will be nice if this workplace can be a fair platform where ideas are being shared freely and are respected by one another. Designer is a profession and designing. However, I did not see any room given for designers to create. Hence, if you're settle here, doing designs that you ve being told to, ideas given are not being appreciated, nor respected, I will slowly lose passion and this is why people think that designers are constantly said “replaceable by design software”.
And yes, please hire someone that qualified to comment designer's artwork, but not a non-senior marketing executive. Commenting and discussing in a healthy will improve the work quality, but someone that over confidence, will make you feel suffer and unhealthily life. Think of work life balance too.
Lastly, this company was mainly manage by the family member, so if you're looking for a great leader or well trained leader, this might make you down because they're in the management position just because of the family business. Think twice. But someone may found this is the good place, if you're willing settle for the less and do not mind to improve more in creative industry.
