The challenges- You are expect to work more than your normal working hour. - You have to keep up with the fast paced environment - Its a family business, so promotion for higher position is almost impossible. - No panel clinic

I'm learning a lot of new things.
The good thingsEven only as a customer service coordinator, I'm learning a lot of new things and ways of handling business. The company itself is very big and it handles almost hundreds of international business, exporting goods and products from Malaysia to all around the world.
The challengesYou are expected to learn fast and know things by yourself. If you're not sure with what you are doing, you can ask. But you must know or at least make an effort to identify the problems first before going to the higher up. Working Saturday!
