    The good thingsGood opportunity for training and explore new things.
    The challengesHierarchically. Need to take initiative in giving suggestion for improvement, but most of the suggestion will be rejected due to company culture. Need to have a strong mental to facing superior, listen to those comments and filter it. Need to take initiative to explore new things, no guidance will be provide by superior, however can learn from outside training provided by company. Always be prepare to be query and prepare suggestion/ proposal for all issues incur.

    The good thingsThe environment was good, the ability of all of the employees to teach and convey messages are easily delivered. Besides, minimising mistakes are also important in doing the tasks given while you are working in the company. It teaches you to be more careful and focus while doing your tasks.
    The challengesthere are some people who are making the environment awkward and talk behind ones back. Keep on talking about private matters while in the work place.
