    Conservative MLM Working Environment
    The good thingsGood benefit of staff purchase /meal subsidy /flexi working hour, with some cool employer activities. Wonderful colleagues, challenging working environment. Good for people who are fresh to MLM working environment or close to retirement.
    The challengesWorkload is highly depending on dept, if your job involved entertaining leaders, basically there is minimal rest time for you (even on weekend). Lack of company principle and long-term planning, the decision maker is changing mind in "roundabout" style, which gives constant ad-hoc job & hesitation on execution. Recommend if you are enthusiastic for challenge on daily-basis with NO QUESTION on any instruction given.

    Good place for retirement, bad place for growth
    The good thingsBenefits are alright. There is free parking, gym, club benefits, festive goodies (claim company products on Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas). Kind colleagues. They have a buddy system when you just join so no need to worry about being left alone. A lot of food around. Good place to learn office politics. Proceed to join if you enjoy last minute tasks.
    The challengesEverything. Very unorganized management. Plenty of last minute changes and tasks leading to avoidable overtime. Unproductive meetings. You can get thrown to a different department out of the blue. Difficult to communicate among departments. Manager micromanage too much until changes are done redundantly. OLD fashioned company and systems used. Reluctant to change and learn. Opinions are not appreciated, respected or taken into action. You simply can't grow here.

    One of the bad experience
    The good thingsAll just basic, nothing special. Compare to other mlm company, this is out. Other mlm provide many benefits not like here, even medical card not available. They can give sweet promise. So sweet.
    The challengesEverything is challenge. No direction at management level. In meeting just shoot here and there. And what discuss never communicate. Keep change only. Today meeting, decide, afternoon change. Tomorrow morning change again. Work also same. If you want to try roller coaster everyday, welcome.

    The good thingsYou get discounted product price, and free products during festive season (CNY, Raya, Deepavali & Christmas), Company mobile phone provided.
    The challengesManagement have totally no direction and worst, NO control over the company. Company is ruled by the distributor or member, where they can over right policy and decision. Management is so afraid of their distributor and member, and hence they have climbed over which make the Leadership lost power.

    The good thingsNot very much actually, just some basic benefits namely: mobile phone is provided, basic medical coverage for self, discounted staff purchase, free product claims for every festival, staff training program available (more to management level), parking provided (subject to availability), time-to-time company events, club house available with lounge, gym, karaoke, game room, dance floor, fitness classes such as yoga, zumba, etc (every Mon-Fri). ... Good company product, award winning health foods / supplements / water purifier.
    The challengesVery old school practices, everything is manual, a lots of paper wastage, paper printing, and manual documents submission. No proper system. System is there but is very redundant. Everything is still manual and standalone. Very dependent on excel file or google spreadsheet. No proper planning, poor management. "TODAY discuss, YESTERDAY already launch" Extremely expensive products Multi-level marketing. Complicated business model. No proper procedures - just for display purpose. A lot of bypass, making task complicated.
