    The challengesThere is no senior engineer to refer to that is related to your project, and they do not train you, so you will be handling a project alone.

    Work like a slave and Stressful
    The good thingsColleagues are very supportive. Gives moral support and motivates us to stay in this company. The projects are very interesting.
    The challengesIt is very challenging because you cannot use your expertise to do a proper job. Just follow the instruction from top management. So almost all projects delay due to that.
