    A Good Start for Gaining Working Experiences
    The good thingsa) Senior staffs continuously guiding the newcomers on how to deliver the job requirements. b) Although Emaskang Sdn Bhd offers an average salary, the company provides several benefits for their staffs, including accommodation, transportation, claims (mileage, expenses related to clients' and consultants' needs, site expenses), and also bonus for festive seasons. c) Less hierarchical constraints between staffs, management and bosses.
    The challengesa) Communications and information sharing between staffs (HQ based with Site based) can be improved.
