The tasks were interesting and matched what I’m passionate about, so it didn’t feel like just “work.” I also liked that I got to learn new things and be part of a supportive team. It was a good experience, and I genuinely looked forward to what each day would bring.
The challengesOne small challenge was the fixed working hours. A bit more flexibility, like hybrid options or less strict clock-in times, could’ve helped with work-life balance. It’s understandable, but some flexibility would’ve made the experience even better.
