It has been a great place for me to grow.
The good thingsWhat I appreciate most is the exposure and responsibility. I get to own projects end-to-end, coordinate across teams, and continuously improve how I plan, execute, and report. Every week comes with new challenges, which has helped me build confidence, problem-solving skills, and better communication.
The challengesThe pace is fast, but in a good way. It pushes me to be proactive, learn quickly, and stay sharp across different campaigns, brands, and stakeholders. If you are someone who is willing to push your limits, adapt to change, and stay hungry to learn, this is a strong environment to develop and ace your career.

    Bad workspace culture
The good thingsNone. Toxic Workplace Experience.
The challengesFavoritism: Career progression appears to depend heavily on visibility with management rather than actual performance. Employees who focus on their work without actively networking with leadership may struggle to receive recognition. Toxicity: Mistakes tend to be remembered and repeatedly brought up rather than treated as learning opportunities. This creates a stressful environment where employees feel constantly scrutinized. Gossip: FULL OF GOSSIPS. Workplace discussions often revolve around coworkers rather than work, which can feel unprofessional. Unprofessional: Management is able to just terminate as they please. Rules and policies can change suddenly, and management decisions sometimes feel inconsistent.

Great environment, Nice office, Friendly colleagues
The good thingsGreat working environment, friendly colleagues, no team politics, a nice office, and flexible clock-in and clock-out times.
The challengesLimited free roadside parking nearby, frequent traffic congestion when heading to the office, basic benefits, and medical leave need to be earned. Other than that, everything is good so far.

    rubbish. confusing. frustrating.
The good thingsthe benefits are good, friendly team members, transportation provided, cool office.
The challengesthe manager's are all yes-men/women. your immediate manager is NOT going to do good buy you, you will only be fodder. severe lack of communication. they promise no politics, but all they do is keep the politics under the wrap and find their next victim without them knowing. a HR team who will go on power trips because this is the only place where they can feel any sort of power.

Poor management with constant policy changes. Office politics determine career progression. Job security depends on favoritism, not performance. Unstable and unprofessional work environment.
The good thingsNothing is good. is a Toxic Workplace Experience.
The challengesIf you weren’t part of the right group, you were easily sidelined.

    Great team with stimulating environment!
The good thingsImpressed by the supportive and collaborative work environment. The team is highly skilled and always willing to share their knowledge, which has greatly facilitated my learning and growth. The company provides excellent resources and tools, making it easier to perform my duties effectively. Additionally, the leadership team is approachable and open to feedback, which fosters a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
The challengesOne of the primary challenges will be the steep learning curve, which expected to yield satisfying outcomes in the near future. With the company's continuous adoption of advanced technological tools, it brings both complexity and opportunity, pushing me to enhance my technical proficiency and adapt to new systems swiftly.
