My experienceThe good thingsBeen here for 10 years and there is pro and cons working here. The Pro would be the Medical Benefit is good plus there is flexibility working here, however I cannot condemn this place just because of some people. My previous boss gave me a lot of opportunity to learn more things including giving me more job experience and he saw a value on me but sadly he has move role.
The challengesWe don't get proper training, all we have is to go to Online training and learn by our self and start using the system.
