    Please stay away from Emerio
The good thingsOffice environment and surrounding environment, many good places for lunch.
The challengesEven though the company has merged with NTT already, depending on departments, your senior management people in India have no concern of what is going on in Malaysia, but just keep commanding to input their methodology and ideal theory. Never be on time and never hear your team's voice, but just always tell you they are busy. Never keep their promise, to evaluate your performance or even to approve your submitted expenses, you have to monitor what you have submitted and reports from time to time. If you want to waste your time but learning nothing, please join. * the worst thing is that some department the senior one will ask their members to fill up good comments

Good place to work for fresh graduate but cannot build career here.
The good thingsThey serve coffee, tea and biscuits to all employees on daily basis. They offer fruits on every Wednesday. They hold annual lunch or tea session to celebrate major festival in Malaysia.
The challengesNo career path and too many and different type of employee policy. The mid management doesn't really care about what is happening around them. The employee are not valuable to them. There is no recognition or award for the employee.

    Good working environment
The good thingsThe physical working environment is good. That's all.
The challengesBe ready to face always "busy" management team. Always make decision from the employers' perceptions, ignoring the employees actual execution.

    A room for Improvement
The good thingsBeing part of the Group MarCom, we have been privileged to be exposed on different marketing channels and initiatives. With support in skills and talents and career advancement, I have been able to be productive and give my best.
The challengesAn improvement in Employee Engagement and Reward/Incentive System will help every employee to stay and be motivated. It is always nice to acknowledge every work that has been done for a company especially if it gives a valuable impact to the Group.
