    nice company to work until retirement however the bonus can be varied yearly. one must have good attitude and strong-willed to work here or anywhere :P

My time at Emhart Glass has been an enriching experience, combining hands-on technical challenges with continuous learning and process optimization.

    The challengesI enjoyed working on complex machinery setups, solving technical problems, and training teams on new technologies. Collaborating with colleagues to improve production processes and seeing the results of optimizations in real time was highly rewarding. What you found difficult: Managing system transitions without disrupting daily operations, and troubleshooting machine compatibility issues, especially during the integration of new equipment, were the most difficult aspects.
