    The good thingsSupportive colleagues. Good technical team.
    The challengesPoor management. No proper system. Late salary. No bonuses, no increment. A lot of politicians inside the team. Ideas are only being accepted based on your ranks. Your ideas are not being heard if you are normal exec. Not good for your career growth.

    The good thingsI enjoy everything all about my previous job.i have a good enviroment im enjoying.All department every minute if i need help they will always help and guide me when im wrong.I am so happy with my former boss because everyday teach me new thing.Somemore i always help every department if they needed i wont said i can't.i am not working for money only part of thing but to get new knowledge from department.
    The challengesPrioritzing the job in hand based on the urgency and completing it at the stipulated time. Major challenge being liasing with internal departments and follow up to complete the work.
