    With such a positive and enjoyable work atmosphere, I see myself staying with this company for a long time.
    The good thingsThe majority of the employees are young and easygoing, which makes socializing effortless. Parking is free and readily available, so there’s no hassle finding a spot. The workplace vibe is lively and energetic, thanks to the young workforce, making teamwork and communication smooth.
    The challengesThe office is in an old building, many shop lots are closed, the area feels lifeless in the evening, arriving early or leaving after 6 PM feels uneasy, dim lighting makes some areas feel empty, the silence can be unsettling, food options nearby are limited, the surroundings feel outdated.

    Overall, with such a great environment, I plan to work at this company for a long time.
    The good thingsThe company is fully owned and staffed by Muslims, so there are many religious activities such as weekly talks, with Islamic celebrations given priority. The company also takes good care of employee welfare. Every Wednesday, free meals are provided. The office furniture is always in good condition
    The challengesThe office is located in an old building at SP Plaza. As a result, the surroundings feel somewhat empty and worn out, with limited nearby food options.

    There are numerous other places that can offer you suitable opportunities and rewards in accordance with your dedication and efforts.
    The good thingsThe best colleague in this company is always willing to lend a helping hand and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the success and well-being of their colleagues. This is the only positive aspect that I found in this company.
    The challengesThe company's bad management was evident in their refusal to provide any salary increases or benefits to their hardworking staff, despite continuously boasting about plans for business expansion. Despite the sleepless nights spent tirelessly developing the website, they showed no appreciation for your efforts and only focused on their own business, offering nothing in the way of gratitude.

    The challengesMicromanage management and low in term of compensation and benefit as they offer lower salary not suits with work load given. Low in term of appreciation to staff.

    This company provide great environment of work space and good benefits.
    The good thingsEvery Friday, there will be Sunat Dhuha's prayer, on Wednesday, the employer will provide free food, and they provide great working areas. The parking lot for employees' vehicle also near the office. All the staffs are very kind and help each other.
    The challengesThere's not much challenges while working there. The employee just have to planned well for their work.
