    Great place to gain knowledge
    The good thingsGreat surrounding with top management. As someone who first time joining big company like this, I learned a lot which definitely will help me in the future.
    The challengesAs my job need to be done in a quick time due to cut off time. I need to keep rechecking incase I miss some step or procedure in key in the orders into sap system. My partner helps me a lot so I can complete my work with no problem.

    Site Safety Supervisor with helping company to prevent accident and make sure work performed by laborers to make sure they are following legal and make sure company follow safety guidelines.
    The good thingsI enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere, and I actually enjoyed going to work each morning. I felt the leadership team was great as well. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections. I also enjoyed that fact that the office tried to do community outreach with local organizations also with unlocal worker in site.
    The challengesI understand have to keep employees safe, and many have taken steps to ensure employee safety. However, many previous companies have not worked towards building a culture of safety or are unsure of where to start. In a culture of safety, workers are empowered to take action and are responsible for the safety of themselves and their coworkers. This is one of mu challenges to make sure my company to follow safety guidelines. Need to face and advise them.
