    Good and The Bad
The good thingsWorking here, be sure to be constantly challenged to think out of the box which is fantastic opportunity. The situation and challenges are never the same, so problem solving is always unique and the trail of which solution are devised are always different. Although one is junior staff, the exposure to the entire process is remarkable which translate into additional working experience.
The challengesThe downside is the management unfortunately where decision are temporary and changes direction like the wind. The salary and benefits are minimal to none despite being in the oil&gas industry. Long working hours are not compensated well and if compensated, the payout takes ages. Monthly salary are frequently delayed due to cash flow issues.
