    Best things in my life full off experiences.
    The good thingsTo manage and overcome the troubleshoot along the way until the mall has done, with all the trades giving their best supports and ideas which is suitable to phrase as experiance and highly skilled supports, in under stress conditions and more to wet weathers nevertheless its very much thankful for giving me the opportunity to be on board the ship.
    The challengesVery much interesting and the daily stress is good stress.

    Company with friendly working culture
    The good thingsGood working culture with very friendly management. All of the colleagues are always ready to help. For fresh grade, its a good place to start your career as there are a lots of senior to guide you. For a senior position, the management are always welcome for your idea to improve / grow with the company.

    Good place to learn yet great exposure with commercial & residential project !
    The good thingsThe overall working environment is friendly, the superior is helpful, not to mention they emphasize work-life balance, I can say that the staff having high flexiblility in working as long as the task assigned can be done.
    The challengesMight need to multi-tasking most of the time especially during payment due date, we are required to follow up with our own project cash-flow in order to achieve profitable flow. Rather than that, the stressful period will be the tendering time whereas you also required to taking good care on top of the tender.
