    Old management style, stingy, family related management

    The challengesLow level worker always got warning letter even though management can't see bigger picture of the root cause problem. No training. Use whatever resource had until became overload with work.

    The good thingsThe working environment involves learning and understanding various new things, and despite being a forklift driver it has taught me a lot of skills regarding goods QC among other things.
    The challengesThe work pace can be frantic and fast paced.
