The challengesYou are a Site Engineer, but in this company, you are also the Supervisor, the QC, the Safety Officer, the Driver at the site. As this company is a construction based on pump station, you are left alone with workers and some doc. to be fill every single days. You have to make sure everything is perfect - material to be carry, who to contact, what safety procedure to be known before going site. You are also the target of misconduct - as you as a SE need to be always at site and making sure everything is safe, according to plan and perfect. You will know what I meant by joining this company.
