    The good thingsInvolvement in different projects from piping to exchanger. Working with experienced staff from operation head to site supervisor. Salary always on time.
    The challengesBenefits only covered what required and no other extra benefits. Limited transportation for mobility inside Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC). Higher management only complaining of hiccups and issues without assist or discuss to overcome it. Unrealistic vision from the higher management.

    Growing engineering company with healthy working environment
    The good thingsIf you want to learn about oil and gas, join them. They are doing maintenance job for downstream operation and also shutdown/turnaround job. They give opportunities to young engineers full with vibes to develop and grow, and you will miss them when you leave them, surely you will a lot.
    The challengesA standard increase in remuneration would be really great, especially starter package for newly hired fresh engineers. Company also should look into a more annual leaves and standard allowances during shutdown/turnaround.
