    The good thingsWhat I enjoy most about this role is solving critical issues and constantly learning new systems to improve my skills. The best part is the great work environment and how supportive and nice the team is.
    The challengesOne of the biggest challenges in Application Support is dealing with urgent issues under pressure, especially when they impact live systems or key users. It takes quick thinking, prioritization, and good communication with the team.

Effective time management is crucial for keeping all your tasks well-organized. Don't expect high paid lah, but overall, all other aspects are good
