    High turnover rate due to manager's attitude and no skill in managing people.
    The good thingsGood Practice of 5S concept.
    The challengesCompany only cover bare minimum for worker just to pass the legal requiremenf and no benefit provide to employees. Only 8 annual leave per year are given and no Annual Leave for the first year of employment. High turnover rate due to manager's attitude (quality department) and no skill in managing people. Please think twice before accept the job offer. "Engineers no nothing, only the manager knows everything".
