The good thingseven though the work is demanding in manufacturing environment, the working environment is friendly and managers is willing to teach and help me to be successful in my job. Staff benefit is good with friendliness towards female employees.

    A Typical Local Factory
The good thingsBusiness plan and business creativity. Maximise use of locally fabricated and modified machine to push output. Quality conscious and ethical. Open learning to those that can show potential.
The challengesLack of capable employees to run the business, causing it to dependent on foreign workers at low and middle post (this affects most company that I've seen). HR policy that is outdated and minimalist, hard to attract talent. Micro managing by GM or owner in most issues. Decision is not constant is dealt with case-by-case.

    Good learning oppurtunity
The good thingsThe collegues and people of bottom line are very friendly and helpful. A place where many things can be learned and good oppurtunity to improve skills.
The challengesThe total system of this company is upside down. Managers are with low qualification and doesn't know how to control their department. In a department, workload should be divided equally but at the same time the one should also know the others job as well. Manager should frequently monitor and be updated with what is going on. Opinions of each individual should be taken into consideration.
