    The good thingsA mentor provides good training in the sales and marketing field. I really learn a lot of skills and working experience for pass 3 months intern. I hoped Eppendorf keep providing an opportunity to hire an intern as a part of Corporate social responsibility.

    The challengesThere are no challenges. The only challenge is to know about the product and have the knowledge about it. This can be used greatly to practice your engagement with different customer background as well as understanding their need.

    The good thingsable to learn about medical product. How to do repairing and plan preventive maintenance for this eppendorf product. Got the technical in-house training. every month have a birthday celebration. have a good colleague who always helps when problem arise but not from manager itself.
    The challengesmanager don't give an opportunities for career development and working environment is poor.
