    Healthy but fast paced work environment
    The good thingsThe work environment is healthy, lots of social activity weekly and annually. The colleagues are all friendly and helpful. Pantry always have snacks and refilled daily. The incentive also highly paid if reach monthly KPI.

    Seems ok at first, but bad experience overall

    The challengesMicromanaging at high level, and use words to demotivate people. Colleagues are also a bit rude, and normally stick to themselves, especially in same race. Hard to work here, and am glad to leave.
