    No work life balance and extreme low salary
    The good thingsCan learn many mechanical spare part knowledges. Good for work here no more that 2 years.
    The challengesNo work life balance at all, even satuday sunday also need to work until night. Extreme low basic salary although after work for few years. Many people hate this place.

    The challengesNo protection for worker here. No follow labour law, working over time around 200 hours also got. Extreme low basic salary compare market price..

    The good thingsmultitasking related to jig and fixture - from design to assembly, then deal with customer related to jig and fixture set up and test run. Step in jig fixture maintenance operation if needed.
