    Backlog of repetitive meetings, tons of political intrigue, a mindset of skating through by contributing the bare minimum.
    The good thingsGood benefits, the idea of cooking for children itself may re-spark passion and love for cooking.
    The challengesWrong people in the department, as they call for result rather than love and care. Food can be so much better.

    A workplace where I grow and learn
    The good thingsThe working environment of the school make you want to stay work permanently in the organisation. The pupil and the staff what make you learn lot of things either soft or hard skills and even the generosity of the people inside the organisation make you enjoy working in such environment.
    The challengesThe challenges you need to face in this company is only time constrain as you need to work fulfilling the most of the school time even on the weekend. Of course, most of the time you spend working here will be replace with school break and public holiday too.

    The good thingsNothing good to share. Only the building and facilities look great.
    The challengesNo training, no job objective, no jd, superior do tell you the actual direction and basically dont really care about you. Do what you are ask to do and end of the day, you are the person take the blame.
