    Great company to start as a fresh grad
    The good thingsComply to ISO 9001:2015 requirement. Well established system to follow. Friendly working environment and you might felt spoiled sometimes. Lenient on one's mistake. Lots of learning experience could be gain. Fresh grad shall take opportunity to learn as much as possible while under employment.
    The challengesPromotion often based on seniority rather than ability. Way too many trivial rules to follow and will make oneself feels like in a schooling system. The KPI system is lacking and there are no performance review. Your salary increment and bonus are solely based on the discretion of your superior. There are cap on salary increment and bonus which is the main reason on top performer leaving the company.

    Good Benefits and High Salary
    The good thingsThe benefits for the employees are good and the salary also higher than any other manufacturing company in that area
    The challengesNo work life balance. As a costing analyst, its normal to go back late at night every month for month-end closing and also for budget making (every quaterly) normally will go back after 12am. Very exhausting.
