    A good place to retire but not for people who are looking for dynamic growth
    The good thingsGood staff benefits. All staff get to travel overseas under annual company trip, body checkups covered by the company, inflation allowances & etc.
    The challengesMultiple layers of reporting made the work inefficient. Local company has limited power of decision making. Processes & TATs are often too long to meet the changes in the market.

    Great place for fresh graduate
    The good thingsJapanese company with Western mindset. Always think about worker and employees. Can go back 2 hours early for a day in every month. Good place to learn and work
    The challengesLast minute work. Positive stress work. Room for a lot of improvement activity. Small annual increment rate and career development even though you performed well.
