    Overall it's an amazing work place!
    The good thingsGood environment with friendly & cooperating colleagues. Works are done systematically with good teamwork and support from others.
    The challengesSalary may not be as high as others in Power or O&G industry. The rest are nothing to complaint.

    The challengesNeed to be more patient because this company more to permanent staff rather than contract staffs. I mean in terms of company benefits more to permanent staffs less to contract employment.

    The good thingsflexible time, payroll on time, easy to apply leave, site management support HSE Team, overall average,
    The challengesworking hour till 6.30 pm, sometimes have to standby until 8.30 pm and get pay only rm 10..ridiculous..if required on Sunday we have to standby just get rm 50 but normally i didn't come for any overtime. got to improved HR management policy especially about staff welfare. When the company appreciate their staff, they will loyal and stay, increased they productivity and efficiency as well.

    The challengesThe timehours for work was higher than Oil&Gas Industry. It seems like the salary given was not high as how I had sacrified for this company.
