It won't a good place for you to grow your career.
The good thingsThe friendly colleagues and minimum office politics.
The challengesYou need to work hard and the management won't care about your job as long as you get the job done. No increment, no bonuses and no benefits. The management is run among their family members, so you know what it is gonna be like.

I have been working here for 8 years now.
The good thingsThe good thing is that the time is flexible and the working colleagues are super friendly. The boss is also friendly. I am working in Erican Kepong branch and its fun.
The challengesThe hourly rate is so low that I have been working for more than 7 years & no increment. Its sad but although its a part time job but you put in your whole time, effort & energy to make the students happy. But with so little to offer, it sometimes drained you out.

Excellent mentoring I have ever received!
The good thingsThe former General Manager (served from 2012/3 - 2015) was a great mentor and able to make big improvement for the company which was good for both business and academic. An excellent leader who treats staff well.
The challengesIt required a lot of patience to grow with the company.
