    The only best thing is good environment for long term work
    The good thingsFor people who have less commitment in term of money can work here, salary to much lower than other company. Skill and knowledge depend on department.
    The challengesWhen dealing with HR department, to many producers for simple request. Espectation knowledges and skill to high for new coming with lower salary. Can easily terminated staff without consideration.

    A great company to have good and balance life but do not expect for high salary here.
    The good thingsCheerful working enviroment along with friendly and hard working staffs. Proactive and improvise team leaders and supervisors. Organized and well planned maintenance activities to provide great and reliable service towards the users and customers. Provide annual bonus at the end of the years based on performance.
    The challengesIt is hard to survive with low amount of salary and allowances with this challenging current economic situation. Less training and guidelines for new staff members. High expectation service with less team members to provide excellent maintenance.
