    The challengesWorking with team is best but Sometime need to work on your rest day (paid OT). Just dont have time with family.

    The good thingsThe company has teach me every single essential skill as main contractor. Company also provide you career advancement. The friendly working enviroment makes you comfortable to come working everyday regardless day. And most important , a good and open minded boss. Learned a lot from him.
    The challengesStress handling skills are essential in this field. Definitely Work-Life not balanced due to nature of our works.

    The good thingsGreat working team and relations from all department, employer trying to enhance employee working environment and listens to solve problems faced in the working place. At the same time employee also have a lot of opportunity to learn soft skills training and freedom to request for further career development.
    The challengesLack of employment relationship with HR & superior, sometimes superior communication is a problem.
