    Poor management and office politics

    Work solo with Boss, fast catch up, do A to Z
    The good thingsCan handle projects from A-Z. Work on time and off on time. Some projects run fast, and you can see what you have drawn and can be built, it gave you sense of achievement.
    The challengesNot much employee in this company, and I'm working solo with boss at the position. No senior can refer if you are fresh grad, everything have to learn online by self. Salary a bit low.

    The good & bad
    The good thingsThe benefits are not bad, for example 14 days for medical leave, 14 days for annual leave, can claim millage, medical fee etc. But not everyone get the same benefits. Our office is located in the light industrial area, the office environment is nice, but the area is full of foreigners workers at downstairs ( our office is at first floor area). The parking fee are free.
    The challengesThe company is small, in total 3 staffs working in the office, no seniors. The boss will expectation is high. The boss expected a fresh graduate person can help him handle a project like those pros --- '' full of stress''. The salary pay are low. Some times on site meeting over time until 10pm. No OT (over time ) claim.
