    Awesome opportunity for beginner
    The good things+ shadow an experienced engineer in the field + handle certain part of a project independently + flexible lunch hours (but fixed duration) + free breakfast on Fridays + approachable management team + get recommendations to work at Esmo in other countries + friendly and helpful culture
    The challenges- unstructured internship programme (understandable since I was the first engineering intern there) - low pay - temporary workers do not get Esmo T-shirts, badge and access to some facilities (eg printer)
