Could be the best place to start your career.
The good thingsThe company are welcome to anyone even myself who are not experience in production. This is because the has provide the training to the new comers. The training usually on site and this help new talents to experience the real job experience. The company also welcome the fresh ideas to improve anything that related to growing and to become a better workplace to all their workers. The best about this company is because the values that showing by this company to the workers and Esquel always believes to a flat hierarchy and not a vertical as all the workers should be treat the same and should be given a guide to improve their skills.
The challengesWe always need a back up plan and able to become a person with fast solving problems as there is always unexpected things happen that need a quick solution.

A very good place for the first job, to gain some experience
The good thingsThe working environment is good, so do the team members of the department.
The challengesNeed to study more about the line balancing, and how to increase the efficiency. The supervisors need to be strong both in managing and technical skills to help their workers to give them all when working, together as a team. Don't blame others when your line can't keep up with others.
